Appointments
Every visit begins with a consultation. We will confirm suitability, treatment details, and your final plan before anything begins.
Changes & cancellations
Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if plans change, so we can offer the appointment to someone waiting. Late changes and missed appointments may be subject to a fee.
Running late
Let us know as soon as you can. We will always try to make it work, but a late arrival may mean a shorter appointment so the next guest is not kept waiting.
Age & care
Guests must be 18 or older for injectable treatments. A parent or guardian is required where an age-restricted service permits it.
